yes.DM is supposed to be there. if not there means went out to the loo or cafeteria and receptionist shd be paging for the DM so he can attend to u. err.sorry to say but lousy service this hotel has. i wldnt wanna stay there now that u have told us ur experience. i am extremely particular about hotel service..
